Gulliver’s World in Warrington are on the lookout for a Facilities Team Member as the Theme Park and Resort continues to grow. You will be working in a fast-paced and guest-facing business, responsible for all elements of grounds and maintenance across the resort, ensuring that the park is always operating safely and effectively.
You must be multi skilled with some or all basic
skills in joinery, painting and plumbing.

We are now undertaking top-up Casting for various roles within our experience team, with year-round contracts opportunities (including Christmas & New Year) at our theme park resorts.
2025 on-resort experiences include concerts, street theatre, character concerts, fireworks spectaculars and Bing & Flop special daily appearances with a staged production.
We are now Casting roles across Gulliver’s with flexible working patterns across summer and winter.
DANCERS – all styles to perform in fully staged and produced daytime & evening staged events, well-being concepts and character experiences.
ACTORS, STAGE PRESENTERS & EVENT HOSTS to bring alive family concepts, street theatre experiences and live game shows.

Our family Theme Park Resorts are thriving, which means we need more great leaders for the future. Following the huge success of our Trainee Manager programme, we are delighted to announce its return, now in its 11th year!
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing business in a challenging leadership role at one of Gulliver’s theme park resorts at Warrington, Milton Keynes, Matlock Bath or Rother Valley.
With a hands-on approach and excellent communication skills, you’ll be used to organising and dealing with customers, be innovative with your ideas and have an infectious enthusiasm that engages and inspires those around you.
The Trainee Manager programme is structured over a 12 month period and will include:
- A number of placements across different areas of the business
- A unique industry training programme to develop skills and knowledge.
- Senior level mentors from within the business
- Ownership of bespoke projects which will challenge skills and develop learning.
You’ll be a high energy, ambitious individual who is prepared to work hard to gain experience and develop new skills in order to progress into more senior leadership roles within the business.
You will be able to demonstrate evidence of a strong work ethic from your previous experiences, powerful interpersonal prowess, and an equally talented vibe for delivering the very best of guest experiences.
The ability to work across all of our UK locations during the 12 month training period is essential, during which time accommodation will be provided.

Operations Manager
This is a new and exciting opportunity is for an experienced leader to join the park management team at Gulliver’s World in Warrington, Cheshire. Gulliver’s World opened in 1989 and is home to over 40 rides and attractions, family entertainments and themed accommodation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring high levels of safety compliance throughout the resort, including audits, formal observations, competency checks and spot checks of key areas.
- Lead activities across the park to ensure ride uptime and ride handover is happening on time with the guests.
- Lead the rides operations team.
- Provide hands-on, front line operational support throughout the day.
- Always demonstrate a high level of customer service.
- To continuously assess the safety, cleanliness and presentation of all guest facing areas.
- Full understanding of ride operations from ride evacuation, ride training and ride operations.
- To ensure that the procedures for full opening and closing of the theme park are completed including effective close-down of rides, catering, entertainment and retail operations.
- Actively seek innovative ways to improve the business performance in key areas, such as maximising financial opportunities, ride safety, ride throughput, facility cleanliness and the overall guest experience.
- Actively assist to co-ordinate, establish and deliver seasonal events.
- Oversee the H&S management ensuring all site paperwork is up to date and correct.
- Ensuring the team schedules are effective and efficient to run the park effectively.
- Ensuring all teams are working towards improving the guest experience.
- Ensuring safety incidents are reviewed and corrective actions taken without delay.
