Gulliver’s Theme Parks are growing! With exciting expansion underway, we’re looking for energetic, people‑focused Management to join our teams across all four UK parks.
If you’re looking for a career that’s fast‑paced, fun, and full of variety — this is the adventure for you.
As a Manager, you’ll take part in a structured and hands‑on development programme, gaining experience across multiple departments. You’ll help deliver exceptional guest experiences while learning the skills needed to become a future Gulliver’s manager.
This role is perfect for someone with passion, enthusiasm, and a desire to grow within a unique, family‑focused environment.
You will rotate
through key park areas, supporting daily operations and learning to lead teams
in:
- Catering: Ensuring families stay fuelled for fun
- Retail: Helping guests take home magical memories
- Rides: Supporting ride operations and guest safety
- Events: Assisting with seasonal shows, celebrations, and special activities
- Entertainment Experiences: Working alongside characters and live entertainment teams
You'll also:
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Support supervisors and senior managers
- Lead by example in a fast‑paced environment
- Help create magical experiences for our young guests (and their grown‑ups!)
