As a Rides & Attractions Host, your priority is the comfort and safety of our guests as they enjoy the thrills of our theme park attractions!

Operating coasters, carousels or climbing walls, you'll undertake safety checks, provide verbal rider information, safely load and unload passengers, all while interacting with our guests to help create the most epic experiences! So you'll be a high-energy, confident individual with excellent communication skills.

We are looking for a skilled Stores Person to assist with our stores department and work alongside a catering manager on our busy multi unit resort, ensuring the stock is ordered, maintained and delivered to site as and when required. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent organisational skills.

Duties:

• To work alongside a small team to ensure that the site is functioning to its full potenial whilst working to a budget.
• To place orders, mintain stock, complete stock rotation and deliver stock to timescales set out, ensuring high standards of quality and food safety.
• To look after stock levels and ensure the stores is kept clean and to a high standard
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
• To deal with suppliers and contractors as and when necessary.
• Meeting sales targets
• Organising staff work schedules

2024 on-resort experiences include stage productions, street theatre, character concerts, fireworks spectaculars and Bing & Flop special daily appearances with a staged production.

We are now Casting roles across Gulliver’s with flexible working patterns across summer and winter.

PRODUCTION CAST VOCALISTS – pop, rock and musical theatre.  Able to harmonise to a good standard and move well.

DANCERS – all styles to perform in fully staged and produced daytime & evening staged events, well-being concepts and character experiences.

ACTORS, STAGE PRESENTERS & EVENT HOSTS to bring alive family shows, street theatre experiences and game shows.

ADVENTURE RANGERS - you will be embracing the great outdoors in the woodland areas of our theme parks, delivering bushcraft, firefighting, den building or being the face of nature activities for educational sleep-overs. Full concept training provided.

Gulliver’s Theme Park Resorts have been providing magic to children and families for 45 years.  Our family business has expanded to 4 Resorts in the UK and we are now recruiting a permanent full-time dynamic Experience Supervisor to manage our experience team based in Sheffield.

As the full-time permanent Experience Supervisor, you will come from working in a large business that has a track record of creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages, with a focus on family tots, events, activities and experiences.

Reporting to the Group Experience Manager, this role will lead and programme a team of performers across both the theme park, resort and special events. 

You will have excellent organisation skills, with responsibility for scheduling and the delivery of a mixed programme.  

It is essential that you have a solid background in leading, creating and training teams, with the ability to deliver comprehensive running orders and staffing rotas.  In addition to working with the resort team to create memorable activities from the page to the stage, you will have an eye for detail to audit and review on resort entertainment performances.  Preferred candidates will come from working across the holiday park, cruise, leisure & tourism sector. This role includes working weekends, bank holidays and variety of shift patterns.

You will be situated within our Christmas Grotto in your very own ‘Santa room’. Our team of elves will greet families on arrival, show them through our Christmas grotto experience before the big reveal of meeting yourself!

The Explorer's Retreat, located at Gulliver's Kingdom Theme Park Resort in Matlock Bath is looking for Housekeepers to join their Team.

With 28 on site themed bedrooms, an indoor camping facility and seven flats in the local village, the Explorers Retreat is looking for experienced Housekeepers to work alongside their current team.

Reporting directly to the Accommodation Supervisor, a successful candidate will be responsible for the turn over of rooms meeting the high cleanliness standards, set since the Explorers Retreat opened in 2017.
