We're looking for an Activities Supervisor to lead the planning and delivery of our exciting activities, residential sleepovers and badge group experiences, ensuring every guest leaves with amazing memories.

This job role is based at Warrington.

What You'll Be Doing

• Residentials & Sleepovers: Take the lead in planning, coordinating and delivering unforgettable residential stays, sleepovers and badge group experiences.

• Activities & Experiences: Oversee the daily delivery of fun, engaging and safe activities across the resort.

• Team Leadership: Inspire, support and supervise our Rangers and Resort Experience teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Planning & Coordination: Organise activity programmes, staffing, requirements and schedules to ensure everything runs smoothly across all departments

• Safety & Standards: Maintain high standards of health and safety, equipment management and experience quality.

• Training and Delivering New Experiences: Support the development and launch of exciting new activities, entertainment offerings and seasonal events.

Gulliver’s Theme Park Resorts have been providing magic to children and families for over 45 years. We are now undertaking top-up Casting for various roles within our experience team, with year-round contracts opportunities (including Christmas & New Year) at our theme park resorts.  

​2026/27 on-resort experiences include concerts, street theatre, character concerts, fireworks spectaculars and Bing & Flop special daily appearances with a staged production.

We are now Casting roles across Gulliver’s with flexible working patterns across autumn and winter.

DANCERS – all styles to perform in fully staged and produced daytime & evening staged events, well-being concepts and character experiences.

ACTORS, STAGE PRESENTERS & EVENT HOSTS to bring alive family concepts, street theatre experiences and live game shows.

ADVENTURE RANGERS - you will be embracing the great outdoors in the woodland areas of our theme parks, delivering bushcraft, firefighting, den building or being the face of nature activities for educational sleepovers. Full concept training provided.

• Preparing and cooking meals for hotel guests and visitors
• Working as part of the hotel and catering team to deliver a high standard of food service
• Supporting breakfast, lunch and evening food service where required
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Helping with stock rotation, food preparation and general kitchen duties
• Working 5 days out of 7, including weekends and busy periods
• Split shifts and full-day shifts available
• Full-time position with an immediate start available
• Uniform supplied

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working in a similar kitchen or hospitality setting
• Hold a valid Food Hygiene certificate
• Be reliable, organised and able to work well as part of a team
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Take pride in food quality, presentation and cleanliness
• Be flexible with working hours and shift patterns
• Have a driving licence or access to transport, which would be advantageous
