As a Rides & Attractions Host, your priority is the comfort and safety of our guests as they enjoy the thrills of our theme park attractions!

Operating coasters, carousels or climbing walls, you'll undertake safety checks, provide verbal rider information, safely load and unload passengers, all while interacting with our guests to help create the most epic experiences! So you'll be a high-energy, confident individual with excellent communication skills.

You will:

• Prepare and serve food and beverage in line with health and safety standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming environment and assisting guests with food and drink purchases.
• Restock items to ensure sales promotion.
• Operate tills and handle cash/card payments accurately.
• Safely handle and dispose of waste, including food waste, in line with park policies.
• Complete regular cleaning tasks as per cleaning schedules and potentially assist with deep cleans.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Flexible availability , including weekends, school holidays, and bank holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining details.

Hours are primarily weekends with opportunities for midweek evening work. You will be working three days per week, 9am to 3pm, parking cars and painting duties on non-operational days.

Our Park Care Team is vital in ensuring the park is always to a high standard. 

You'll take pride in maintaining the cleanest and freshest guest facilities, and the tidiest pathways, picnic spots and parking areas.

Together with a team of elves you can help deliver an extremely magical experience to all families visiting us.

Christmas is a magical time of year, and Santa is at the heart of the experience. From the moment you step into the red suit you’ll be totally immersed in the experience, asking children about their wish list, and telling stories about the North Pole. Training is provided in our Winter Wonderland Grotto with our elves, plus you will have a full Santa costume to put on.

The UK's newest theme park, Gulliver's Valley Resort is looking to strengthen the team by adding a hotel receptionist.

You will assist the manager in running the department, ensuring a seamless process and fantastic experience for all guests. The role is a full time position, 40-45 hours per week with a mixture of early and late shifts, while weekend work is essential.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests, to ensure a superb customer service experience.
2. To build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints/issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service.
3. To deal with guest requests to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.
4. To assist in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
5. To be responsible for accurate and efficient accounts and guest billing processes.
6. To assist in keeping the hotel reception area clean and tidy at all times.
7. To report any maintenance, breakage or cleanliness problems to the relevant manager.
8. To assist with the operation of the attached Costa Coffee unit.

As part of the Resort Housekeeper team, you'll help to maintain the best quality standards across all of our accommodation offerings.

Constantly on the move, you'll be comfortable working to deadlines, have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your excellent standards of cleanliness.

Preparing Princess Suites, Dinosaur Dens and Pirate Cabins, you'll play a big part in creating a magical environment for our young adventurers, memorable experiences for families, and a home from home for our business guests.

The Trainee Manager programme is structured over a 12 month period and will include:
