Food & Beverage Assistant
Fuelling a family day of fun, our Food and Beverage Assistants help to deliver delicious dining experiences working in one (or more) of our on-site restaurants, coffee shops, theatre bars and street-food kiosks.
Whether it's savouring the sizzle over a wild-west grill, stirring up sweet sugared donuts or simply shaking your signature cocktail, you'll be proud of your high standards and super service.
You'll be involved in food preparation, table service, till operation and the cleaning of kitchens and dining areas. As a 24 hour resort, there's flexible working opportunities to suit your preferences: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Bar!
You will:
- Prepare and serve food and beverage in line with health and safety standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming environment and assisting guests with food and drink purchases.
- Restock items to ensure sales promotion.
- Operate tills and handle cash/card payments accurately.
- Safely handle and dispose of waste, including food waste, in line with park policies.
- Complete regular cleaning tasks as per cleaning schedules and potentially assist with deep cleans.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Flexible availability , including weekends, school holidays, and bank holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining details.
- Support other departments as required to meet business needs.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will prepare, cook and present good-quality food quickly and efficiently. Our aim is to deliver every order to our customers as quickly as possible ensuring quality standards every time.
The ideal candidate must be able to work in a busy environment, work well within a team and have a good knowledge in a kitchen setting. It is essential that you have a keen eye for hospitality, standards and overall guest experience.

Operations Manager
This is a new and exciting opportunity is for an experienced leader to join the park management team at Gulliver’s World in Warrington, Cheshire. Gulliver’s World opened in 1989 and is home to over 40 rides and attractions, family entertainments and themed accommodation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring high levels of safety compliance throughout the resort, including audits, formal observations, competency checks and spot checks of key areas.
- Lead activities across the park to ensure ride uptime and ride handover is happening on time with the guests.
- Lead the rides operations team.
- Provide hands-on, front line operational support throughout the day.
- Always demonstrate a high level of customer service.
- To continuously assess the safety, cleanliness and presentation of all guest facing areas.
- Full understanding of ride operations from ride evacuation, ride training and ride operations.
- To ensure that the procedures for full opening and closing of the theme park are completed including effective close-down of rides, catering, entertainment and retail operations.
- Actively seek innovative ways to improve the business performance in key areas, such as maximising financial opportunities, ride safety, ride throughput, facility cleanliness and the overall guest experience.
- Actively assist to co-ordinate, establish and deliver seasonal events.
- Oversee the H&S management ensuring all site paperwork is up to date and correct.
- Ensuring the team schedules are effective and efficient to run the park effectively.
- Ensuring all teams are working towards improving the guest experience.
- Ensuring safety incidents are reviewed and corrective actions taken without delay.
