Fuelling a family day of fun, our Catering Team Members help to deliver delicious dining experiences working in one (or more) of our on-site restaurants, coffee shops, theatre bars and street-food kiosks. 

Whether it's savouring the sizzle over a wild-west grill, stirring up sweet sugared donuts or simply shaking your signature cocktail, you'll be proud of your high standards and super service.

You'll be involved in food preparation, table service, till operation and the cleaning of kitchens and dining areas. As a 24 hour resort, there's flexible working opportunities to suit your preferences: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Bar!

You will:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverage in line with health and safety standards.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming environment and assisting guests with food and drink purchases.
  • Restock items to ensure sales promotion.
  • Operate tills and handle cash/card payments accurately.
  • Safely handle and dispose of waste, including food waste, in line with park policies.
  • Complete regular cleaning tasks as per cleaning schedules and potentially assist with deep cleans.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Flexible availability , including weekends, school holidays, and bank holidays.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining details.
  • Support other departments as required to meet business needs.

If the answer is yes, we are looking for a grounds person to join our dynamic team at Gulliver's Resort to ensure the park and accommodation grounds are of the highest quality and standard for our guests. 

Hours of Work

This position includes weekdays, weekends, school, and bank holidays. Shifts will be rostered in advance and vary dependent on the time of year. Flexibility is required in order to meet the peak and off-peak demands of the business. The start time is 08:30 am, normally finishing at 5:00 pm.

Admissions Team Leader

Gulliver's World Warrington is recruiting TWO temporary Admissions Team Leaders to cover the Land of Lights Lantern Festival this winter.

Shifts start run from 3pm - 9pm on a temporary basis from October 2025 until January 2026.

You must be prepared to work in wet, cold, and windy conditions and be able to interact with every guest. You'll need to be confident with tills and cashing up, confident with dealing with guests’ enquiries.

Land of Lights Team

We are looking for individuals to help marshal, operate fire pits, kiosks and work in admission areas.

Hours are from 4.15pm until 8pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, which would suit college students or anybody looking for part time work.

Gulliver’s Theme Park Resorts have been providing magic to children and families for over 45 years. We are now undertaking top-up Casting for various roles within our experience team, with year-round contracts opportunities (including Christmas & New Year) at our theme park resorts.  

2025/26 on-resort experiences include concerts, street theatre, character concerts, fireworks spectaculars and Bing & Flop special daily appearances with a staged production.

We are now Casting roles across Gulliver’s with flexible working patterns across autumn and winter.

DANCERS – all styles to perform in fully staged and produced daytime & evening staged events, well-being concepts and character experiences.

ACTORS, STAGE PRESENTERS & EVENT HOSTS to bring alive family concepts, street theatre experiences and live game shows.

ADVENTURE RANGERS - you will be embracing the great outdoors in the woodland areas of our theme parks, delivering bushcraft, firefighting, den building or being the face of nature activities for educational sleepovers. Full concept training provided.

Gulliver's World are recruiting for a part-time Experience Team Leader to report to the Experience Supervisor, supporting the planning and operation of our Entertainment and Activities department.  

If you are good dealing with young children, families & team members, whilst being ultra organised & making sure we have all the detail in place, with the right team to deliver some of our magical experiences, then we want to hear from you.

The role will require flexible hours to support weekdays, evening, weekends and bank holidays, setting clear objectives, communicating expectations, goals and feedback regularly, to resolve any operational challenges. You will ensure teams compliance with company policies and procedures including outdoor activities, live shows and residential sleepovers.

Together with a team of elves you can help deliver an extremely magical experience to all families visiting us.

If you’re Ho – Ho-Ho-hoping for a part time role this winter, then look no further as we are recruiting for the jolliest role there is. Christmas is a magical time of year, and Santa is at the heart of the experience. From the moment you step into the red suit you’ll be totally immersed in the experience, asking children about their wish list, and telling stories about the North Pole. You’ll certainly be asked lots of questions, and we look forward to seeing you keeping the magic of Christmas real.

Training is provided in our Winter Wonderland Grotto with our elves, plus you will have a full Santa costume to put on.

Our family Theme Park Resorts are thriving, which means we need more great leaders for the future. Following the huge success of our Trainee Manager programme, we are delighted to announce its return, now in its 11th year!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing business in a challenging leadership role at one of Gulliver’s theme park resorts at Warrington, Milton Keynes, Matlock Bath or Rother Valley.

With a hands-on approach and excellent communication skills, you’ll be used to organising and dealing with customers, be innovative with your ideas and have an infectious enthusiasm that engages and inspires those around you.

The Trainee Manager programme is structured over a 12 month period and will include:

  • A number of placements across different areas of the business
  • A unique industry training programme to develop skills and knowledge.
  • Senior level mentors from within the business
  • Ownership of bespoke projects which will challenge skills and develop learning.

You’ll be a high energy, ambitious individual who is prepared to work hard to gain experience and develop new skills in order to progress into more senior leadership roles within the business.

You will be able to demonstrate evidence of a strong work ethic from your previous experiences, powerful interpersonal prowess, and an equally talented vibe for delivering the very best of guest experiences.

The ability to work across all of our UK locations during the 12 month training period is essential, during which time accommodation will be provided.
