As a Guest Experience Host, you'll be at the heart of delivering unforgettable experiences across our thrilling resort. This is a dynamic, multiskilled role where you could find yourself welcoming guests at admissions, assisting in our cafes along Lilliput Lane, helping our guests choose the perfect memento in our shops or welcoming and checking in our overnight guests at our Voyagers Village reception — all in one exciting work environment!
This role is purposefully multifunctional to ensure a seamless guest experience and adapt to the ever-changing demands of a busy theme park. Our Hosts are trained across multiple departments to provide flexible support where it’s needed most—whether that’s during peak visitor times, special events, or to cover team gaps—ensuring smooth operations and consistently high standards throughout the resort.
Requirements / Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service with energy, enthusiasm, and a warm, friendly attitude across all areas of the park.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Restock items, upsell promotions, and keep outlets tidy and well-presented.
- Operate tills and handle payments accurately and confidently.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchens, dining areas, and guest spaces, including regular cleaning and assisting with deep cleans when required.
- Assist with guest admissions, gate entry procedures, and general enquiries.
- Support retail operations, including shelf-stocking, tidying displays, and customer assistance.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
- Remain flexible and adaptable, stepping into different roles depending on business needs.
