Description

Working with the catering team and alongside management you will be able to focus on your team members best strengths and make the most of their abilities throughout a number of catering units within the theme park.

  • Assist with the day-to-day operation of the catering team across the theme park and hotel
  • Good organisational & communication skills
  • Knowledge of Health & Hygiene legislation, COSHH, health & safety requirements in catering
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Maintaining a high level of record keeping
  • Practical catering and cleaning responsibilities
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate
  • Monitor quality of food, portion control and preparation
  • Allergen information
  • Promote staff performance and development

Requirements / Qualifications

Minimum of one year experience in a catering-led environment.
